These are a few of my larger scale pieces:
The blue piece is a Vincent Van Gough tribute to his Almond Branches painting. I finished it on the same day that I lost a friend to cancer. It suddenly became more meaningful. This painting has recently been sold.
The black piece is a passionate dance in the rain. I used the simplest lines possible to express the form of the figures. The curves of the woman figure are dominant and are the focus of the piece. The male figure is even transparent where he overlaps the woman as to not detract. This painting is for sale.
The yellow piece is a commission based on the Robert Frost poem, “Two Roads”. I view birds as a symbol of free will, and this echoes through several of my pieces. So the two roads diverge as with the freedom of choice.
The fourth piece is a print on canvas of a photo I took of San Pietro from an overlook in the Borghese Gardens in Rome. I'll try to post a higher quality image...
