Gallery Spot at Framer's

Here are the pictures of my gallery displays.

I took a picture of the "Red" painting too, but I think I accidentally deleted it...
Fred and Sonia at the gallery said that there was interest in the painting set below. One couple wanted the middle piece by itself. I want to keep the set together though because the purpose of the piece is meaningless if broken up. The title is "Tacit", and illustrates the unspoken emotions caught in the glance between the man and woman. The middle picture is the potential of what could be. It's the mutual thoughts of passion caught in the split second where eyes interlock.

This morning I met with Fred Bolgen, the owner of the Framer's Gallery, in Georgetown TX. He was excited about my art, and I was excited about his Gallery. I was happy to sign up with Framer's and I left the three paintings below for consignment.

Fred is very down-to-earth, and is an artist himself. This gives him a unique outlook for better relating to the artists he represents. I feel great about leaving my art there, and am excited for the possibilities of the new exposure.

The first Friday of each month they hold an art show in the evening filled with good wine and conversation. The first Friday of July is actually tomorrow, and unfortunately I already have prior plans. I will give notices in the future months to come when I know I'll be there. Here are the directions to the Gallery.

I'll post pictures soon of the displays once they're hung in the Gallery.

I found out about Framer's through Kimi C. who is an employee there. I met her at Cianfrani Coffee Co. which is down the street in Georgetown. Cianfrani has been letting me display paintings for about a year now, and they have become good friends to work with.

Georgetown TX has a good art scene and a cool downtown district that you should definitely swing by to check out.
